The 479th Meeting was held at Badgemore Park on 8th November 2022.

The Chairman welcomed everyone and then announced that Peter Stone has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Club.

Two recent new members (Nigel Balchin and David Bullock) gave short presentations to introduce themselves, with their background, career and various interests.

Minutes:

  • The 2022 Christmas Lunch will be held at Badgemore Park on December 13th. This will replace the scheduled December Probus meeting.
  • A programme of events/visits for 2023 is being prepared having due regard for the preferences expressed by the members.
  • The Chairman then formally welcomed and introduced 2 new members of the Club who each gave a short presentation on their industrial background.
  • The Chairman then closed the formal meeting, and the members then gathered for drinks followed by lunch.
